Excellent service. I have been going to Mr. Russell for over 8 years. John gives exceptional customer service in season and out. John assisted when the IRS tried to say I owed, he did an amendment and was able to not only dispute the amount I owed but also get me some money back. Every year I send referrals to him and there's never a problem. I am shock to hear that someone has recieved less than great customer service. So unlike John Russell or the service he gives.
