Negative 0 stars !!! We waited over an hour and instead of getting there lazy ass out the car and ringing the door bell when i didnt answer they drove off and refunded me on my order. Horrible customer service they speak horrible english its True!! Where is the manager!
I like this location, but it's not my favorite. Everyone that I've seen is really nice here. They move pretty quick, but the only thing is for some reason their food doesn't taste as good as some other Papa John locations. However, as far as getting the most bang out of a dollar when it comes to pizza. This place is one of the best in the area, but if you don't mind spending a little bit more for pizza. Beggars Pizza is the best in this area not considering the price.
AVOID - Ordered pizza online, got a phone call a couple minutes later saying they were from Papa John's and that they would be making an imprint of my credit card. Red flag, I haven't seen anyone do that in years. Hmm, let me Google this place. Saw all the bad reviews, didn't want to to do business with them, so I called back to cancel my order. The woman who called me answered, asked why I wanted to cancel. When I told her she had me wait for the manager, who picked up and told me the pizza was already cooked. I told him it wasn't ready in three minutes. He hung up. I waited a few minutes and called back, he answered. I asked for the manager who hung up on me, he said speaking. I asked him why he hung up on me. He said because I cancelled the order. I asked him if he could see that his behavior was why he had bad reviews and it was hurting his business. He told me not to worry about him, and that I wasted his food. "It's cancelled, you got what you want." It wasn't an angry or nasty conversation, I would have probably kept my order if he had been reassuring on the phone when I initially called, but the rude treatment of potential customers is enough to warrant the one star and the "AVOID" designation.
The Indian- American gave me excellent customer service. It's honestly very hard to find this generation without forking over an arm & a leg.
Poor management, they dont speak good English, apologies are not genuine, they threatened to shout at us, what kind of manager does that? We were calm the entire time. Said our pizza wouldn't be put in until after we got there, which we were told 45 minutes. I told her I have somewhere to be which is why I'm placing an order for pick up. We get there, pay for it and they just then started to make it! If she would have put it in when we had made the phone call we would have had to have waited about 10 minutes from the drive and then we were literally 5 minutes away from the place we needed to go to. 45 minutes from the time we showed up at the front door and paid for the pizza is not acceptable since we called it an earlier knowing we had somewhere to go. We get there to speak with a manager because I felt so disrespected on the phone talking to the woman and he was about twice as bad as her telling us not to shout which we weren't. He said I can shout louder than you. We wanted their names, called corporate and the manager said go ahead you can call all you want corporate won't do anything. We were so disrespected, talked down to, lied to and confused. Hopefully corporate makes this right. DON'T go to this branch. They need to be shut down!! If I could rate negitive stars I would.
