They slow as hell and they need to remodel their drive thru because once you get in line you can not get out if a car is behind you but the food is good most of the time.
Generally good, friendly service. A little bit of a wait sometimes, but the food is good as Popeyes should be. Oddly more expensive than the Chicago locations.
Today ends the Cook County Sugar Drink Tax, yet employees at this restaurant are still charging the tax. The so-called Holiday special costs $5.00 but a combo (drink included) raises the special price to $7.90, which immediately raised a red flag. When I asked if the Sugar Drink Tax was still being charged, I was told it is being charged and it is a corporate issue. Don't buy from any fast food place before asking about the Sugar Drink Tax!
They never have two things. Spicy chicken tenders or bbq sauce. Slow service.
Service is terrible! I never write reviews but I had to repeat my order four times in the drive-through and when I get home they still got it wrong! Don't waste your time or money
